Successful Flotation Of KKR Private Equity Investors - Largest IPO On Euronext Since The Beginning Of The Year

KKR Private Equity Investors ltd was admitted to listing on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam today, bringing the total number of new listings on all Euronext’s markets so far this year to 31. The listing of KKR is the largest IPO on Euronext since the beginning of the year in terms of capital raised.

In response to investor demand, several days before the flotation KKR Private Equity Investors announced its intention to increase the number of common units from 60 million to 200 million. Based on the opening price of $ 24.80 (EUR 19.64) the market capitalisation of KKR Private Equity Investors amounts to $ 5 bln (EUR 4 bln).
