Dear clients and participants of the MICEX-RTS securities market.
Due to the integration of the stock markets of RTS and MICEX, on December 16, 2011 at 7.10 pm the section "Standard" of the securities market will be opened in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. We draw your attention to the fact that the evening trading session on 16 December refers to the trading day of 19 December. In this regard:
- Starting from the evening session on December 16, 2011 CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange will act as the organizer of trading on "Standard" section of the securities market.
- New version of the Trading Rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange will come into force from the start of trading on December 19, 2011 (in fact from 7.10 pm on December 16, 2011).
- As of 16 December a new version of the tariffs of CJSC MICEX SE with regard to the commission for the section "Standard" takes effect.
On December 19, 2011 the section "Classica" (for direct trades only) of the securities market will start tp function in addition to the current trading modes. All previous trading modes of the MICEX SE will remain unchanged and be integrated in the section "Main market". This means that from 19 December trading on the securities market of MICEX-RTS Group will be held be three sections:
- Main market that will combine all previous trading modes of the MICEX equities & bonds market.
- Standard that is an unchanged version of the RTS Standard market
- Classica that is an analogues of the RTS Classica market.
In addition, starting from December 19, 2011 a new version of CJSC MICEX SE tariffs with regard to a reduced amount of the commission for trades with securities excluding REPO trades of the section "Main market" will take effect.
