Store Electronic Systems Successfully Listed On Euronext

Listing of Store Electronic Systems on the Euronext Paris Eurolist proved a success.

Store Electronic Systems placed 5,285,184 shares to raise a total of EUR 82 million, with the global placement reserved to institutional investors oversubscribed more than five times and the open-price offering for individual investors 1.6 times.

On the basis of the listing price, market capitalization of Store Electronic Systems amounts to EUR 163 million. The first traded price recorded at 10 a.m. CET today was EUR 16.10.

Store Electronic Systems is the seventh company listed on Euronext markets since the beginning of the year, four of these being with Alternext, the Euronext market dedicated to small and medium-size businesses.

Store Electronic Systems designs and markets wireless communications equipment suited to all retail s ores with a floor area of more than 200 sq.m.
