This Investor Fair will be the first time a special event has been arranged for the general investing public and market players to meet face-to-face. Through this outstanding opportunity to meet and talk with these market participants, investors will gain a clearer perception of and greater confidence in the strong foundation of the local market and its dedication to future growth and progress. To prepare for the fair, the SET has already hosted an event to give some details of the Investor Fair to listed companies, securities companies, asset management companies and relevant agencies. Held on February 12, 2001, this generated great interest among the various companies and agencies. SET has received many requests from companies and businesses to participate as exhibitors, such as listed companies in Shinwatr Group, listed companies of the Saha Group, Krung Thai Bank Plc, Banpu Plc, Electricity Generating Plc, Thai Union Frozen Foods Plc, Pranda Jewelry Plc, , SG Asia Credit Co Ltd, Seamico Securities Co Ltd, and ING Group comprising ING securities company, and ING Baring securities company.
