Stock Exchange Of Thailand Opens Trading This Afternoon

As a significant number of member companies were unable to communicate with The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) during the pre-opening session today (October 5, 2004) , the SET therefore announced postponement of this morning's opening time.

The technical problems, which arose in the brokers' systems, have now been solved, and today’s trading will commence with the afternoon session , starting from 14:30 hrs. The market will close at 16:30 hrs. as a normal afternoon session would .
