Stock Exchange Of Hong Kong: Resignation Of Listing Committee Member

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, has received a letter from Peter Greenwood tendering his resignation as a Main Board and GEM Listing Committee member of the Exchange with effect from 28 August 2005 for personal reasons.

The Exchange wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Greenwood for his contribution to the Listing Committees.
