Stock Exchange Of Hong Kong Financial Information on Index Funds

With the debut of trading of The Tracker Fund of Hong Kong (TraHK), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong today (Friday, November 12) introduced information on index funds for display on its Stock Financial Information pages in order to facilitate dealings in these funds. The Index Fund Financial Information on page 7301 carries information at intervals of 15 seconds. TraHK information disseminated include the reference underlying portfolio value (RUPV) and market data. The same figures at market close and the day's news regarding index funds will be posted on the Exchange's web site the same evening. The Index Fund Financial Information is available on trading terminals/trader PCs and through all information vendors. Due to technical constraints, the information page is not available on teletext terminals. In addition, details of the Dao Heng Government Bonds Index (DHGB index) have been accessible on information page 7501 since Monday, November 8, 1999.
