Stefhan Klang Appointed President Of OM XACT Fonder

On June 1 Stefhan Klang will take up the position as President of OM XACT Fonder AB, a subsidiary of OM Gruppen within the Transaction business area. OM XACT Fonder is a newly formed company aimed at marketing and passively managing exchange-traded funds. The company has filed an application with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) for authorisation to provide fund management services. During the last year Stefhan Klang, who is 44 years old, has been working as President of Travsportens Utvecklingsbolag, and prior to that he was Head of Marketing within the OM group.
