Teck Corporation (TSE: TEK.B) will be reclassified in the TSE 300 Composite and TSE 300 Capped Indices pursuant to its acquisition of Cominco Ltd. It will be removed from the Gold & Precious Minerals Group (02.03) and added to the Metals & Minerals Group (01.01). Certicom Corp. (TSE: CIC) and Wi-Lan Corporation (TSE: WIN) will be removed from the S&P/TSE Canadian Information Technology Index for lack of representation.
