It has been announced that over 90% of the common shares of Moffat Communications Ltd. have been tendered to the offer by Shaw Communications Inc. (TSE: SJR.B).
The weight of Shaw Communications Inc. Cl B will increase by approximately 0.09% in the TSE 300 Composite Index, 0.11% in the TSE 300 Capped Index, 0.12% in the S&P/TSE 60 Index, 0.15% in the S&P/TSE 60 Capped Index and 0.10% in the TSE 100 Index. The relative weight change reflects an adjustment to the float shares of the company due to the acquisition of Moffat Communications Ltd.
