Standard & Poor’s Announces October 2003 Quarterly Review - Changes To The S&P/HKEx GEM Index

Standard & Poor’s, a leading provider of independent investment research, ratings and indices, today announces that effective after the close of business on October 17, 2003 the following constituent changes will take place in the S&P/HKEx GEM index.
