Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes To The S&P/HKEx GEM Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/HKEx GEM Index. The adjustments involve share and IWF changes and will become effective after the close of trading on Wednesday March 7, 2007.

• FAVA International Holdings Ltd. will increase its index shares from 426,400,000 to 601,400,000 and change IWF from 0.7404 to 0.7856 due to a placement of existing shares and issue of new stock.
• Century Sunshine Ecological Technology Holdings will increase its index shares from 2,038,150,000 to 2,297,025,000 and change IWF from 0.5219 to 0.6 pursuant to a placement of existing shares and issue of new stock.
