Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC China 30 Index. The adjustment involves changes in shares and IWF to Lenovo Group Limited pursuant to the placement of 300,000,000 existing shares by IBM, and inclusion of 375,282,756 non-voting shares as index shares. Lenovo will increase its index shares from 8,507,421,000 to 8,907,134,000 and increase IWF from 0.3583 to 0.4155. The changes will become effective after the close of trading on Friday February 23, 2007.
