Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
On March 22, 2012, the shareholders of Bellamont Exploration Ltd. (TSXVN:BMX.A) approved the Arrangement Agreement whereby the company will be acquired by Storm Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:SRX) for a combination of cash and shares.
Bellamont Exploration will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite and Venture Select Indices after the close of trading on Monday, March 26, 2012.
Company additions to and deletions from an S&P equity index do not in any way reflect an opinion on the investment merits of the company.
