Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, December 23, 2010:

• Tagish Lake Gold Corp. (TSXVN:TLG) will be removed from the index. The shares of the company have been acquired by New Pacific Metals Corp. pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement.
• Golden Goose Resources Inc. (TSXVN:GGR) will be removed from the index. The shares of the company will be delisted following a business combination with Kodiak Exploration Limited (TSXVN:KXL).

Company additions to and deletions from an S&P equity index do not in any way reflect an opinion on the investment merits of the company.
