Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Indices

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes after the close of trading on Friday, August 29, 2003:

The Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) code for Quebecor World Inc. (TSX:IQW) will change from 25401040 - Publishing to 20201010 - Commercial Printing. Quebecor World Inc. is a constituent of the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX 60 and 60 Capped and the TSX 100 Index. The company will move from the S&P/TSX Capped Consumer Discretionary Index to the S&P/TSX Capped Industrials Index.

Company additions to and deletions from an S&P equity index do not in any way reflect an opinion on the investment merits of the company.
