Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes:

• On Friday, May 25th, 2007, the shareholders of CryptoLogic Inc. (TSX:CRY) approved the redomicile of the company to Guernsey. As a result, CryptoLogic Inc. will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Equity SmallCap Indices effective after the close on Thursday, May 31, 2007.
• The shareholders of Agricore United (TSX:AU) have accepted the $CDN20.50 per share bid from Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc. (TSX:SWP). The relative weight of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc. will increase in the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Completion and Equity Completion, the S&P/TSX Equity and Capped Equity, the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Equity SmallCap and the S&P/TSX Capped Consumer Staples indices to reflect the issuance of new shares as part of the transaction, which will be effective after the close Tuesday, June 5, 2007.
