Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes In S&P/TOPIX150 And S&P Japan 500 Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TOPIX150 and S&P Japan 500 Indices effective after the close of trading Friday, June 22nd, 2007:

Daikin Industries Ltd (Japan, SEDOL: 6250724, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20102010), a member of the S&P/TOPIX150 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 25,500,000 to 289,313,973 due to the public offering.
