- NEC Tokin Corp (Japan, SEDOL: 6895523, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45203015) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 152,000,000 to 265,516,000 and its IWF will be updated to 0.2501 due to the private placement.
