Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P/HKEx GEM Index effective after the close of trading on Wednesday May 23, 2007.
Global Digital Creations Holdings Ltd. (Tiker: 08271, SEDOL: 6673923) will increase shares from 983,639,000 to 1,190,341,000 and IWF from 0.3891 to 0.4410 as a result of a placing of existing shares and issue of new stock.
