I joined the FSB Secretariat in January 2021, coming from the Single Resolution Board in Brussels. At the FSB, I have been supporting the Cross-Border Crisis Management Groups of the Resolution Steering Group, which develops, issues, and maintains global standards and guidance for resolution regimes, planning, and execution. This role has given me the opportunity to contribute to the FSB’s efforts to bring together authorities from around the world to enhance the crisis preparedness of banks, insurers, and financial market infrastructures across borders. It is incredibly rewarding to witness how international knowledge sharing fosters trust and shapes resolution planning.
At the Secretariat, I have particularly valued the opportunity to broaden my perspective by working on a wide range of financial sector issues, such as non-performing loans and out-of-court workouts. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights into other financial matters through my support role with the Regional Consultative Group for Europe. I am deeply grateful for the chance to collaborate with, and learn from, colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures across the globe.
