Special Change In Bovespa Trading Hours – 2006 Football World Cup

In accordance with the Circular 3322/06 of the Central Bank of Brazil, which establishes special working hours for the entire financial system in the days with matches of the Brazilian soccer team during the 2006 World Cup, Bovespa will alter its trading session hours on June 13th and 22nd, as follows:

Electronic Trading System - MEGA BOLSA - continuous session from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Pre-opening fixing: from 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Closing call: from 2:55 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

After-Market trading session - will not be opened.
