NYSE Euronext today announced the listing on NYSE Alternext in Paris of SOLUTIONS 30, a European leader for proximity technology services.
Founded in 2003, the SOLUTIONS 30 group offers services relating to the installation of IT equipment together with technical assistance and training backup for individuals, SMEs and independent professionals. Present in France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, its offering covers installation, technical support, training and assistance for consumers dealing with a constantly changing technological environment.
SOLUTIONS 30 (mnemo: ALS30) was admitted by transfer of the 2,391,640 shares making up its share capital from the Marché Libre to NYSE Alternext.
The company’s capitalization on the day of admission amounted to €55.5 million.

NYSE Alternext, which has just celebrated its fifth year in operation, today
counts 138 listed companies from countries including Belgium, Canada, China,
France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US. They have
raised over €2.3 billion altogether, half of this through secondary issues,
and their market capitalization totals €4.4 billion.
