Solarworld Replaces Debitel In NEMAX 50 Index - Free Float Of Debitel Below 5 Percent

Effective Friday, Solarworld will be included in the NEMAX 50® index as part of an unscheduled amendment to its composition. The company’s stock will replace that of Debitel. Debitel’s free float is below 5 percent and therefore no longer meets the criteria for the index. The NEMAX 50 Index will be calculated until the end of 2004.

As of June 21, Wavelight Laser and Tomorrow Focus will be included in the NEMAX 50, replacing Nordex and Augusta.
