The underlying Solactive indices are part of the Solactive’s expanding Money Market Index Series, designed to accurately reflect the interest accrued on notional overnight deposits with consistency and precision. The indices capture the daily compounding of the Euro Short-Term Rate (€STR), the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), and the Sterling Overnight Index Average (SONIA), applying a one-day interest rate lag and an appropriate day count convention without incorporating any spread. This methodology provides a robust, transparent benchmark for cash management strategies.
The ETFs were listed on 10th June on the SIX Swiss Exchange, Deutsche Börse Xetra, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock.
Timo Pfeiffer, Chief Markets Officer at Solactive, commented: “The Solactive Money Market Index Series aims to provide a robust and rules-based foundation for short-duration strategies. This new offering expands investor access to daily resetting benchmarks in an increasingly rate-conscious environment.”
