Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation, which is charged by SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd with the monitoring and enforcement of issuer obligations, has opened an actual investigation of Banque Profil de Gestion S.A. on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding ad hoc publicity. The investigation is connected with the publication of the annual report 2011 on 24 April 2012.

Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, although no information will be provided while the investigatory proceedings are ongoing.
