SIX Exchange Regulation: Investigation Against Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG

SIX Exchange Regulation initiates an investigation against Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the rules governing the disclosure of management transactions.  

Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation has initiated an investigation against Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding the disclosure of management transactions. The investigation will examine whether Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG instructed the persons subject to reporting obligations about the duty to disclose management transactions in good time and in sufficient detail.  

Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.
