SIX Exchange Regulation initiates an investigation against Credit Suisse Group Ltd on the grounds of possible breaches of the rules governing the disclosure of management transactions.
Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation, which is entrusted by SIX Swiss Exchange with the monitoring and enforcement of issuer obligations, has initiated an investigation against Credit Suisse Group Ltd on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding the disclosure of management transactions. The investigation is connected to the late publication of a management transaction regarding 1,400 registered shares in Credit Suisse Group Ltd.
Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.
