SIX Exchange Regulation initiates an investigation against Accu Holding Ltd on the grounds of possible breaches of the Listing Rules in connection with the share split dated 24 October 2014.
Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation has initiated an investigation against Accu Holding Ltd on the grounds of possible breaches of the Listing Rules in connection with the share split dated 24 October 2014. The investigation will examine whether Accu Holding Ltd has filed the application regarding the share split in due time towards SIX Exchange Regulation.
Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.
