On 14 June 2016, Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd, Zurich applied for the delisting of all of its registered shares with a par value of CHF 1.00 each (Swiss Security Number 350’485 / ISIN CH0003504856).
SIX Exchange Regulation granted this application on 12 July 2016. The delisting takes place on a still to be determined date and will be announced by means of an official notice five trading days prior to the last trading date of the shares on SIX Swiss Exchange.
