SIX Exchange Regulation Concludes Investigation Against Spice Private Equity Ltd

On 7 October 2022, SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER) concluded the investigation against Spice Private Equity Ltd due to a potential violation of the rules on ad hoc publicity.

On 1 April 2022, SER initiated an investigation against Spice Private Equity Ltd. The investigation was initiated in connection with a potential violation of the rules on ad hoc publicity.

Based on the findings of the investigation, SER concluded that the potential violation will not be pursued further. With the conclusion of the investigation, the sanction proceedings are deemed terminated.
