Singapore Exchange Ltd Seeks Feedback On Listing Rule Changes Relating To Quarterly Reporting

Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX) today invited market participants and members of the public to give feedback on its addendum introducing listing rule changes regarding quarterly reporting and other issues, following the government's acceptance of the recommendations by the Council on Corporate Disclosure and Governance ("CCDG").

The addendum sets out additional amendments proposed to the listing rules and should be read in conjunction with the consultation paper issued on 30 August 2002.
