Background to new directors
Mr Robert Stein
Prior to his current appointment as CEO, Asia Pacific, Deutsche Bank, Mr Robert Stein was CEO of Deutsche Securities in Japan. Mr Stein also headed Merrill Lynch's Debt and Equity Markets, Asia Pacific from 1994 and was the Head of Debt Markets, Japan in 1992 and Head of Debt Markets, Asia Pacific in 1989.
Mr Low Check Kian
Mr Low's responsibilities as Vice Chariman, Corporate & Institutional Client Group, APR, Merrill Lynch, include overseeing the strategic direction and relationship management for the region. Prior to this, Mr Low was the Managing Director, Head, Equity Markets, Asia Pacific, Merrill Lynch and was responsible for all Asia Pacific Equity Markets Products. He was also a member of the Asia Pacific Regional Executive Committee and was involved in country, regional and business strategy planning.
Mr Goh Yew Lin
Prior to his appointment as Executive Director of GK Goh Holdings Ltd, Mr Goh was an investment adviser in Robert Fleming & Company Ltd. Mr Goh is also a Director in Boyer Allan Investment Management Ltd and a member of the MAS Financial Centre Advisory Group.
