On December 11, SZSE's Western Base was officially put into use. Representatives from Sichuan Finance Bureau, Sichuan CSRC, Chengdu Municipal Government, Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone and SZSE attended the first market incubation service theme event.
SZSE's Western Base is equipped with a multi-functional road show hall, showrooms and remote conference rooms to meet the functional needs of corporate roadshows, video conferences and exchanges. It was jointly built by SZSE, Sichuan Finance Bureau, Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Financial Work, Management Committee of the Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and Tianfu (Sichuan) United Equity Exchange Co., Ltd.. It embodies their goal to cooperate to serve the development of the regional real economy and is conducive to providing western enterprises in China with a full range of localized capital market services. Besides, it is also a concrete measure for SZSE to better implement the coordinated regional development strategy and further promote the cultivation service for the western region.
An SZSE officer expressed that SZSE adheres to the concept of "market first and service oriented" and has cooperated to build the Western Base. It is an important exploration to seriously implement the national precision poverty alleviation policy and an important measure to enhance the service to Sichuan Province and the vast western region. In recent years, SZSE has actively explored a new model of localized service, and insisted on serving innovative venture enterprises and SMEs. Meanwhile, it has actively integrated into the local financial ecology while combining regional economic characteristics. By comprehensively using means such as listing cultivation, fixed income products and M&A, SZSE has played the supporting role of the capital market in the real economy. SZSE will take the commission of the Western Base as an opportunity to give full play to the functional advantages of the multi-tiered market, diversified products, market supervision, market services, advanced technologies, international development and talent organization to provide a comprehensive package of localized services. The goal is to strive to achieve full coverage, all-industry cooperation, full-cycle services, and all-product support for Sichuan and other western provinces.
