To support the post-quake construction, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced to exempt listed companies in quake-stricken area from listing commission after a CNY10 million-strong donation to the area.
In the view of new situation after the strong earthquake, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to free 33 listed companies in Sichuan province from listing annual commission and companies to be listed soon from initial listing fee and annual commission to relieve those companies from heavy burdens. Companies outside Sichuan province could apply to the Exchange for commission exemption who would probe into actual situation and make decision accordingly.
The Exchange would take effective measures to improve regulated operation of listed companies.
