The SZSE today releases the 2009 Analysis Report on Listed Companies. the Report is the first full view report in respect of the multi-layered capital market, showing all companies listed on Main board, SME board and ChiNext board and making the cross-board comparison. The Report indicates that the building of the multi-layered capital market provides the financing platform for enterprises with different risks at different growth stage and deepens the support for small medium enterprises and independently innovative enterprises.
The Report signals that there is the strong recovery in the performance of listed companies. By comparison, the SME board-listed companies show the stronger anti-risk capability. In addition, the companies listed on SME board enjoy the relatively high growth quality with regard to the performance. Among three boards, the ChiNext board listed companies show the largest growth trend in respect of the performance. The data also reveals that the SME board and ChiNext board have been the main channels for high new tech enterprise to enter the capital market.
Three big issues need much attention on the basis of the comprehensive analysis on 2009 annual report of listed companies and performance after listing. The first one is that the performance of listed companies is polarized. The second one is that there is much pressure on the sustainability of high performance growth. The last one is that the latent worries exist in the high stock dividend and bonus issue.
