Q: Some we-media recently reported on the applications for listing on the ChiNext Board by companies like Dakewe and expressed concern about their business and income because they are nucleic acid testing related. What’s your comment?
A: We’ve noticed relevant reports. We have paid great attention to the listing applications by companies involving nucleic acid testing and adhered to strict review, especially on their sustainable operation capability. We have carefully reviewed the applications of relevant companies according to the requirements for listing on the ChiNext Board and our review standards. We have focused on the relationship between their nucleic acid testing related business and main business and the sustainability of relevant income as well as whether they can still meet the requirements for listing after such business income is excluded, and we have required them to make full disclosure. SZSE will continue to earnestly implement the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the requirements of CSRC, stick to the positioning of ChiNext , strictly guard the access to the market, and prudently promote the listing of relevant companies. SZSE is open to opinions and suggestions from all market participants.
