The “Growth Connect” platform operated by SZSE’s wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. (SSIC) officially went live recently. It has become another important carrier of SZSE to serve the sustained and healthy development of listed companies.
SZSE has been constantly improving the service experience of listed companies. In 2021, SZSE launched the Cloud Services for Listed Companies. It provides one-stop handling of services like information disclosure, online voting, Easy IR and Cloud Interview as well as intelligent functions such as data statistics, auxiliary Q&A and online entry of on-the-spot votes. Since the beginning of 2022, based on the Cloud Services for Listed Companies, SZSE has further integrated the functional modules of information service for listed companies, continuously improved relevant functions, and developed the wholly new “Growth Connect” service platform.
The SZSE “Growth Connect” has the following features. First, gathering resources from various parties based on market demand. “Growth Connect” has aggregated the existing information service modules for listed companies of SZSE and data resources, making it easy for listed companies to use services and query information on the unified platform. Meanwhile, the platform has constantly optimized user experience, striving to make big achievements in small areas. Second, actively employing intelligent technology to improve service quality. “Growth Connect” has adopted advanced technological means such as artificial intelligence to provide intelligent aids such as easy entry and automatic verification to listed companies when handling business procedures, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy. Third, adhering to the public benefit service attribute and keeping upgrading and optimizing service content. Following the principle of public benefit, “Growth Connect” provides listed companies with services like results presentations and supporting publicity, investor relations management, etc. to better serve listed companies’ innovation-oriented development. “Growth Connect” will steadily add functional modules of services, continuously upgrade and optimize service content, and keep improving the capability and standard of services for listed companies based on the realistic needs of listed companies.
Service is the cultural gene, core capability and market feature of SZSE. In recent year, SZSE has kept improving the innovative enterprise service system through the whole chain and the whole process. We have actively pushed for the integration of V-Next, Cultivation Connect and Tutoring Connect, built a standard, efficient listing cultivation mechanism, and actively explored and provided high-quality, diverse, targeted market services centering on the innovation and growth needs of enterprises after listing. Next, we will study and implement in depth the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and adhere to being innovation-led and service-based.
