From September 16 to 20, SZSE organized and launched the “2019 Cybersecurity Week” campaign themed “popularizing cybersecurity knowledge and consolidating the cybersecurity line of defense”. This is not only a concrete measure taken by SZSE to thoroughly implement the overall national security concept and earnestly respond to the requirements of the 2019 China Cybersecurity Week, but also an important way for SZSE to promote the cybersecurity knowledge and improve employees’ awareness and skills of cybersecurity. Staff at SZSE, relevant departments of the CSRC, relevant institutions in Shenzhen and representatives of the news media participated in the campaign.
Since 2016, in accordance with the plans of the Party Committee, SZSE has held the “Cybersecurity Week” campaign for four consecutive times. The campaign this time focused on network data security and personal information protection. Combining both online and offline channels, SZSE launched exhibition and demonstration as well as special lectures for publicity. Further, such activities as online competition of cybersecurity knowledge, collection of works themed “finding the hidden dangers around us” and cyber security attack and defense experience were carried out, in a bid to motivate employees to participate in the campaign and publicize widely cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
SZSE always attaches great importance to cybersecurity. It has established a complete cybersecurity organizational structure and a unified technology management system, proactively participated in national cybersecurity attack and defense drills, carefully inspected potential security risks, effectively prevented and controlled cyber risks, and continuously improved its capabilities of safe operations, with the transaction system independently developed by SZSE in safe and stable operation for 17 consecutive years. SZSE will earnestly study and implement the important instructions by General Secretary Xi Jinping on cybersecurity, adhere to paying equal attention to security and controllability as well as openness and innovation, profoundly stick to the general trend of information-based development, actively respond to challenges of cybersecurity, and resolutely guard the financial security line of defense.
