Shenzhen Stock Exchange Holds The 31st Meeting Of The Council

Chen Dongzheng, party committee secretary and council chairman of Shenzhen Stock Exchange presided over the 31st meeting of the 3rd council. The meeting announced the recent market information, made the arrangement of the next-stage work, and put emphasis on the following respects: deepening the enterprise cultivation sponsoring and the guarantee for steadily launching of the enterprise growth board.

The meeting also discussed the overall situation of the current market and its changing trend, and the attendants thought that there showed some positive signs in series of the policy measures taken by some major countries for promotion of the economic development. The meeting certainly affirmed the progress in the first-half year work of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and gave a plan for the second-half year work.

The meeting pointed out that in the first-half year of 2009, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange had steadily carried forward all work and made achievements with respect to the preparation for the enterprise growth board and expediting the structuring of multi-layered capital market system.

At the same time, the meeting put forward the work arrangement for the second-half year of 2009 in terms of deepening the cooperative cultivation mechanism, giving full play to the concerted effort of all-level local governments, intermediary institutions and other market for the purpose of laying down the resource base for the long-time and healthy development of the enterprise growth board.

Song Liping, a member of the council and Deputy General Manager of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Tang Changfang, Su Yong, Wang Yanguo and other members of the council attended the meeting. The attendants put some constructive and viable opinions and advice in relation to the relevant work of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
