The Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) held the 28th meeting for the 3rd board of directors yesterday chaired by CHEN Dong Zheng, the Director General and Secretary of Party Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The meeting studied the scientific concept of development and analyzed tasks deployment under the current circumstances.
The meeting pointedly noted establishment of the multi-layered capital market as a historical task for the SZSE. Difficulties incurred by ever-changing and complicated international finance should be analyzed subjectively and scientifically with adequate preparations.
It was also said on the meeting that we should be confident enough to acquire objective bases for stable development of Chinese economy and the capital market, emancipate mind and seek truth from the facts, be courageous enough to take responsibilities, explore and innovate and be well oriented.
The historical task for the SZSE is to establish multi-layered capital market to fully boost development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and to give prominence to the market’s role in helping SMEs’ growth.
