The SZSE held the 32nd meeting of the 3rd council, and Chen Dongzheng, secretary of the SZSE party committee and concurrently council chairman presided over the meeting. The meeting laid out the 2010 work, emphasizing that the development shall be expedited on the basis of the all-round strengthening of risk control, the support shall be increased for small-medium enterprises, especially for independent innovation enterprises, and the transformation of economy development way shall be accelerated.
The meeting gave the full recognition of progress made by the SZSE in the 2009 work and 2010 work arrangement.
The year of 2009 is the one for the construction of China’s multi-layered capital market to have made the important progress. In the past year, the SZSE seized the opportunity on the foothold of the overall layout, firmly focused on the speeding-up of pushing forward the construction of China’s multi-layered capital market, gave vigorous support for small-medium enterprises, positively dealt with the fundamentally main line of financial crisis, exerted the full strength to maintain the safe operation of the market, smoothly launching the ChiNext board, making the good trend in all works.
The capital market will face more complicated outside and inside circumstances in 2010. Under the leadership of the CSRC, the SZSE will practically uphold the stability and safe operation of the market, stick to the stringent supervision, actively carry forward innovations, set the base of the development, put all-out efforts to expedite the drive to the healthy development of China’s multi-layered capital market system.
Song Liping, the SZSE general manager and other directors including Tang Changfang, Feng Guorong, Zhu Youyi, attended the meeting. The attendants made the free discussion, exchanging the latest moves in the financial industry, putting forward some constructive and helpful advices.
