Shenzhen Stock Exchange Convened The 36th Meeting Of The 3rd Council

Chen Dongzheng, secretary of the SZSE party committee and concurrently chairman of the SZSE council, presided over the 36th meeting of the SZSE 3rd Council. At the meeting, the recent operation of markets was reported, and relevant worked was deployed.

At the meeting, the overall situation and changing trend of the current market was discussed, the SZSE’s relevant measures on innovative supervision, and risk prevention and control were reported. Under the current complicated market situation, many SMEs face much operation pressure. At the same time, the national strategy puts more important missions on the multi-layer capital market during the 12th five-year plan period; and the market reform and development obviously shows more complicate and arduous. In view of the current situation, the SZSE, under the unified leadership of CSRC, will further hold strong confidence, constantly strengthen the market construction and internal management, vigorously push forward innovations on supervision, products and services, feasibly prevent systematical risks, curb the occurrence of major vicious events, and save no efforts to propel the sustained healthy development of multi-layer capital market.

Song Liping, General Manager of the SZSE, and other council members including Zhang Jianjun, Wu Wanshan, Wang Yanguo, Ding Guorong, Wan Jianhua, and Yang Kun attended the meeting. Members of council exchanged their opinion on the latest trend of the securities industry, and put forward a few constructive opinions and advices regarding the works on the SZSE.
