In order to intensify the supervision of information disclosure of listed companies, press listed companies and relevant disclosure parties to improve information disclosure and regulate operations as well as to facilitate the successful implementation of information disclosure through system, the SZSE recently made some amendments to the measures for appraisal on information disclosure of listed companies. The significant features of the amendments include adding the indicators of quantitative appraisal, building up the comprehensive quantitative appraisal indicator system, putting in self-evaluation of listed companies and so forth.
According to the new appraisal measures, there are 4 grades assigned respectively A,B,C,D from the highest to the lowest, based on information disclosure quality. The new measures also specify the detailed situations, components and cases for each grade.
According to the person in charge of the case, the SZSE will take further step to improve the files on supervision of listed companies in accordance with the new appraisal measures , make the overall records, also as the basis and ground for appraisal on annual information disclosure of listed companies, with regard to the routine performance of listed companies and information disclosure parties in terms of information disclosure and operation standardization; on the other hand, the SZSE will carry out different supervision policies on information disclosure of listed companies, strengthen the self-discipline mechanism, make the supervision more targeted and efficient and push forward the building-up of the benign market-oriented supervision mechanism of supporting the good and limiting the bad in light of the appraisal results.
