Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Agreement Signed To Found Service Platform For Small And Medium Businesses

On May 27, Shenzhen Stock Exchange reached an agreement with China Merchants Bank, Guoxin Securities Co., Ltd. and other seven companies to jointly launch “Dianjinchengzhang Medium and Small Sized Enterprise Service”, an integrated financial platform covering money and capital markets, in a bid to provided services such as liability financing, private equity financing and listing for small and medium businesses.

The platform will embrace a multi-mode and integrated financing service based on different demands of four development stages of small and medium businesses to assist those enterprises in financing.

The parties involved will provide partners and clients with latest IPO policies, policy-related guidance, reform training, sponsored listing, direct investments, pre-IPO financing, equity structure reforms, financing guaranty, consultancy, venture capital investment and financing channel exploration.

The investment bank division of China Merchants Bank held signing ceremony with 10 clients from around China.

Financial business development of small and medium businesses is the focus of many commercial banks in recent year. SSE has signed agreements with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shenzhen Branch and Shenzhen Development Bank Shenzhen Branch to fulfill their advantages and functions with an aim to collect advanced resources to accelerate development of listing reforms.
