Among these companies, 29 listed companies had made the disclosure on 2011 annual report, 4 newly-listed companies had disclosed 2011 relevant finance data in the listing announcements, and the rest all released the performance express-news. Generally speaking, ChiNext companies keep the continued growth in 2011 performance, with a batch of high-growth companies surfacing. But, on the other side, it shows that the small-medium sized enterprises were significantly affected owing to the complication of macro-economy situations, along with the slowing-down growth of the overall performance of ChiNext board and the further divided performance.
According to the SZSE statistics, 291 ChiNext companies accumulatively realized the main-business-related revenue of 141.935 billion yuan in 2012, up 26.62 percent compared with 2010; the accumulated net profit reached 21.551 billion yuan, up 13.88 percent compared with 2010; the average diluted EPS is 0.53 yuan. Nine-tenth of 291 companies all garnered the growth in the 2011 operating income, among these companies, and 125 companies got the growth rate of more than 30 percent, accounting for 43 percent of 291 companies, 6 companies has the growth rate of more than 100 percent.
The statistics data also shows the growth of the ChiNext companies in performance slows down. In 2011, the average growth rate of the ChiNext companies in the operating income and the average growth rate in net profit are respectively 26.62 percent and 13.88 percent, down 38.02 percent, 31.2 percent compared with 2010. Meanwhile, the trend in performance polarization gets more evident. Among 291 companies listed on ChiNext board, 30 companies had the negative growth in 2011 operating income, representing 10 percent; 87 companies made the negative growth in net profit, accounting for three-tenth.
