The Annual General Meeting of Oslo Børs Holding ASA will Tuesday 8 May consider a proposal of a share split, so that one existing share in Oslo Børs Holding ASA is split into five new shares.
The share split will have as a result that the total number of shares in the company increase from 5,000,000 to 25,000,000, and the nominal value of each share will change from NOK 10 to NOK 2. The share split does not change the value of the company’s share capital.
The Annual General Meeting will also consider a proposal of payment of a dividend of NOK 30 per share.
If the proposals are decided the Oslo Børs Holding share will be traded with the new nominal value after the split and excluding dividend from and including 9 May 2007.
