Share Increase For Santos Ltd (ADR) In The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Thursday, April 6, 2006:
  • Santos Ltd (ADR) (Australia, NASDAQ: STOSY, CUSIP: 803021609, Sedol: 2776439) shares will increase by 348,398 to 148,422,178 in the S&P ADR Index. The share change reflects a dividend reinvestment plan.
Company additions to and deletions from an S&P equity index do not in any way reflect an opinion on the investment merits of the company.
