Share changes In S&P/TOPIX 150, S&P Japan SmallCap 250, And S&P Japan 500 Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TOPIX 150, S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 Indices effective after the close of trading, Wednesday April 27th, 2005:
  • All Nippon Airways Co Ltd (Japan, SEDOL: 6014908, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20302010) a member of the S&P/TOPIX 150 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 97,528,996 to 1,672,804,427 due to the exercise of convertible bonds.
  • CMK Corp (Japan, SEDOL: 6160168, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45203010) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 2,953,807 to 56,732,174 due to the exercise of convertible bonds.
  • Maeda Road Construction Co Ltd (Japan, SEDOL: 6554727, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20103010) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will decrease by 6,000,000 to 94,159,453 due to the repurchase of shares.
  • Sega Sammy Holdings Inc (Japan, SEDOL: B02RK08, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25202010) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 6,780,294 to 140,551,522 due to the exercise of convertible bonds.
  • Sony Corp. (Japan, SEDOL: 6821506, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25201010) a member of the S&P/TOPIX 150 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 70,736,096 to 997,211,213 due to the exercise of convertible bonds.
  • Sumitomo Warehouse Co Ltd (Japan, SEDOL: 6859080, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20305030) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 34,078,834 to 175,996,765 due to the exercise of convertible bonds.
