Share Changes for Westpac Banking Corp. (ADR) And BCE Inc. (US) In The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P ADR Indices:

Effective after the close of trading on Friday, July 7, 2006:

• Westpac Banking Corp. (ADR) (Australia, NYSE: WBK, CUSIP: 961214301, Sedol: 2956736) shares will increase by 1,271,064 to 367,543,064 shares due to a dividend reinvestment plan.

Effective after the close of trading on Monday, July 10, 2006:

• BCE Inc. (US) (Canada, NYSE: BCE, CUSIP: 05534B109, Sedol: 2090548) shares will decrease by 76,353,294 to 821,920,757 shares as part of the reorganization of BCE Inc. and Aliant Inc.
